Reading this site

Using this website means these terms apply to you. They are short because the site does little: it publishes information about the firm and gives you an email address. There is nothing to sign up for, no account to create, and nothing to submit.

Nothing here is an offer

Everything published here — scope, lead times, the entry price, the shapes the work takes — is indicative and describes how the firm normally works. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into being by reading it or by writing to us.

An engagement begins only with a written contract signed by both sides. Where that contract and this website say different things, the contract is the one that counts.

The case files and the figures in them

Outcome figures come from delivered engagements and are reported as the client measured them, rounded where the client rounded them. Client work is shown anonymised under confidentiality agreements, except where a client has given written clearance to be named — which two have.

A result one organization got is not a result another will get. Nothing in a case file is a forecast, a benchmark, or a promise about your own estate.

Whose the material is

The text, the film, the drawings, the layout and the code of this site belong to the firm. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use it to train a model without written permission.

The marks belonging to other organizations — partner programs and named clients — are their owners’ property, appear with permission, and are reproduced exactly as issued. They are not ours to license and nothing here grants you any right in them.

A few links leave this site. What is on the other side of them is not ours and is not covered by these terms or by our privacy policy.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available with reasonable care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. Nothing on it is legal, financial or regulatory advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law and jurisdiction

Greek law governs these terms and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last substantive revision, and it is the only version that applies.
