Praxis Ab Machina

Athens · since 2024 · enterprise AI integrations

Your people focus on what matters,
no more lost hours.

Enterprise AI integrations — a single painful workflow, or a program across an organization. Based in Athens, since 2024.

Engagements start at €10.000.

Partnerships

We are accredited where our clients’ estates already are.

Not a badge for its own sake. It is the difference between building beside your stack and building inside it.

01 · Position

We build the software that does the work your people are now doing by hand.

Not just advice about AI. Systems in production, inside your own stack.

02 · Terms

Every engagement opens with a discovery sprint, and the specification is yours either way.

One to two weeks, agreed in writing before it starts. You keep the specification whether or not you continue. Estate-scale discovery is scoped separately.

03 · Logistics

−42% · Logistics

dispatch time · Logistics SMB · Athens

An AI dispatcher that ingests irregular order streams, weather feeds, and driver availability — and resolves a daily route plan in under nine seconds.

Department Logistics

04 · Renewable energy

90h · Renewable energy

returned every month · KRV² · Athens

KRV² bids for large-scale solar and MEP work, which means somebody has to read every public tender the moment it is published. An agent built on Claude now retrieves them, scores each one against KRV²’s own bid criteria, writes the findings into an HTML dashboard, and tells the people who decide — bid, or walk away. The engineer who used to do that reading has about ninety hours a month back.

05 · Retail

+18% · Retail

conversion · D2C retail · pan-EU

A bridge between Shopify, a 12-year-old ERP, and a custom CRM — with an AI layer that pre-empts stock crises and drafts supplier emails.

06 · Print & packaging

45h · Print & packaging

a month, returned to marketing · Brand & Print · Athens

Brand & Print prints on objects, and their website was the job nobody wanted: every price, product page and seasonal banner went through the WordPress admin by hand. An agent built on Claude now does that from a plain instruction. The same platform keeps their contact list in order — synced from email, tagged into groups, and turned into the campaigns those groups receive. About forty-five hours a month came back, and their cold outreach converts better than it did before the lists were sorted.

07 · Tourism

· Tourism

employee productivity · Travel Agency

An AI Agent based on Claude, that helps employees triage booking prices, find files and flag important emails, with M365 and Teams Integration.

08 · Method

Six steps, one handover.

  1. 01 Discussion session We sit with your team and shadow the work. The goal is not to impress — it is to find the one point where delays occur and problems are spawned.
  2. 02 Process cartography We map the existing workflow as it actually happens, not how it is drawn on the org chart. Bottlenecks, exceptions, and tribal knowledge get flagged.
  3. 03 System design A specification document — what the machine does, what it does not, where it asks for human intervention, and how we will know if it misbehaves.
  4. 04 Build & harden Iterative implementation in your stack, with logging, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints by default. We ship to staging before production.
  5. 05 Calibration window Two to four weeks of co-piloting alongside your team. Edge cases get ironed out, prompts get tuned, dashboards get sharpened.
  6. 06 Put into Production The system goes into production. We stay on retainer for evolution, monitoring, and the occasional surgical patch.

09 · Governance

EU-resident infrastructure, signed DPAs, zero-retention endpoints.

We work inside your security envelope — VPN, SSO, on-premise inference — and document everything for your CISO.

10 · The people

Ten people. The ones who scope it build it.

  • Ioannis KarygiannisFounder · Principal Engineer
  • Nikos D.Integrations Lead
  • Athanasios A.Principal Project Manager
  • Giannis A.Communications Manager
  • Tryfonas P.Senior Integrations Engineer
  • Marios K.Principal UI/UX Designer
  • George K.Principal Systems Engineer
  • Konstantinos D.Senior Systems Engineer
  • Kyriakos X.Senior Systems Engineer
  • Korina A.Principal AI Adoption Strategist

Designed for productivity. Built for people.

11 · By department

One method, aimed at the work your week is actually made of.

Seven departments, seven sets of quietly awful jobs. The method does not change; what it is pointed at does.

Before you ask.

We are a large organization. Can you work at our scale?

Yes, and the way we do it is the point: senior engineers only, principals on every call, and the people who scope the work are the people who build it. We work inside your existing estate — your security envelope, your incumbent systems, your change process — rather than asking you to adopt ours. A single workflow and an estate-wide program get the same method and the same governance.

What stack do you build on?

Whichever stack the system needs. We are fluent in n8n, Make, Zapier, custom Node and Python services, the major LLM APIs, vector stores, and most CRM, ERP and communications surfaces. We do not sell stacks; we sell outcomes.

How do you charge?

Most engagements start with a discovery sprint of one to two weeks. After that we either deliver the build at a scoped fixed price, or move you onto a monthly retainer for ongoing evolution. No hidden hourly meters.

What about data privacy?

We default to EU-resident infrastructure, signed DPAs, and zero-retention LLM endpoints where the use case allows. We will happily work inside your existing security envelope — VPN, SSO, on-premise inference — and document everything for your CISO.

Will this replace my team?

That is not our philosophy and frankly is not where the value is. We replace the busywork that is eating your team’s afternoons, so the senior people you already pay can do the work you actually hired them for.

How long until something is live?

Small projects are usually in production within three to five weeks of kickoff. Larger system builds — multi-channel agents, deep integrations — run six to twelve weeks.

12 · Keystone

We design for productivity but we build for people.
