AI workflow automation is the unglamorous half of "AI for business": the hundreds of small handoffs that run your day - tickets routed, leads scored, invoices reconciled, contracts checked, briefs drafted, replies triaged. Each one is too small to staff a person against and too consequential to leave to a brittle Zap that breaks every Tuesday.

We build the machine that runs them. Not a platform you have to learn. Not a thirty-page playbook. A small, observable pipeline that ingests your work, decides what to do, acts inside the tools you already use, and writes a tidy audit trail every time it runs.

Every Praxis automation is bespoke to one team. We start by mapping your actual process - shadowing the operator, reading the Slack threads, looking at the spreadsheets nobody admits to maintaining. Only then do we draw the diagram, agree the SLA, and ship.

  • Triage and routing. Inbound tickets, leads, and applications classified, prioritised, and assigned in seconds - with a human-approval lane for the edges.
  • Enrichment and research. CRM contacts, deal rooms, and case files completed against your data sources, the public web, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Drafting and review. Replies, briefs, summaries, and contract redlines produced in your voice, with a reviewer's eye on every output before it ships.
  • Reconciliation. Invoices to POs, payments to ledgers, calendars to CRM stages - the quiet bookkeeping that decides whether your month-end is calm or catastrophic.
  • Reporting. Weekly digests, anomaly alerts, and exec dashboards that read themselves and tell you what changed and why.

[ 03.1.C ]How we work

Engagements run 6 to 12 weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. Discovery is a paid two-week sprint where we map your process, agree the metrics, and write the spec. Build is 3 to 8 weeks where the founder writes the code, runs the tests, and stages the rollout against real traffic. Handoff is two weeks where we sit with your team, write the runbook, and transfer ownership - keys, accounts, and pager included.

Every system runs on your accounts, in your tenant, with your credentials. We do not become the vendor of record for the workflow that runs your business. You own it. We are reachable.
